Emotional scale

You should now have started to build up a number of recordings against your emotional scales within your daily check in activities. If you haven't been recording against the emotional scale, now is the time to start. Use your daily check in every day for a minimum of two weeks and then come back to this task.


If you have been recording in your emotional scale, you can now check to see if there are any patterns or learning to be gained. Go to ‘my journey’ and have a look at your graphs to see where you are on the emotional scale. Use the buttons below to give you more information and guidance according to your own position on the emotional scale.
